Registration fee MUST BE PAID IN FULL at time of registration or a space will not be held for your child. There will be no refunds or credits given after class start date. No exceptions.

CLASS DESCRIPTION
Mixed Ages (Newborns to 5years with caregivers): Caregivers find it fun and easy to create an environment that supports any child in achieving basic music competence. Children participate at their own level in classes of children of mixed ages by singing, moving, chanting, listening and exploring musical instruments. Here you will find the "joy of family music®" as siblings of different ages can attend the same class and with a sibling discount! No need to find a sitter! Babies under 9 months come for free with a registered sibling!

1. Fill out the registration form completely. We cannot process the form otherwise.
* Please give us 3 class choices. This will help us find you a spot in a class.
* When choosing class times, please take into consideration that young children often have changes in their nap schedules. We cannot guarantee that you will be able to change your class mid-semester.
2. Your registration cannot be processed without full payment. You may pay by visa/MasterCard using our link to Paypal, or you may send a check or money order payable to East Side Music Together within 3 business days of your registration.
3. If you want to wait to register until after you try one class for free please keep in mind that classes fill up quickly and a spot cannot be guaranteed if you wait.
4. Registration fee will not be refunded for any reason. The tuition will not be refunded after the first class date, unless there have been unforeseen extenuating circumstances. NO EXCEPTIONS!
5. Families who are currently enrolled and are continuing in the same class are ONLY guaranteed their space if we receive their registration form and payment by July 10, 2007.
6. We cannot guarantee your first class choices. Classes fill very quickly on a first-come-first-serve basis.
7. Class enrollment will be confirmed by mail, email, or phone. Please call Jennifer Romanat at (401) 497-4002 if you don't receive a confirmation.
8. Families skipping a semester at any time will be registered on a first-come-first-serve basis, after currently enrolled families have been placed.
9. If you are transferring to another class, you will not be guaranteed your first choice. Please give several class times that work for you.
10. Class size is strictly limited for the purpose of class manageability.
Registration is accepted on a first-come-first-served basis!
